Every Property Care Visit Includes:
Safety & basics
- Smoke Alarm Check
- Replace smoke alarm batteries (battery-only alarms)
- Test smoke alarms with push button
- Check loose handles, latches, hinges and rails
- Quick trip hazard check (loose mats, wobbly steps etc.)
- Replace light globes (client supplied or charged separately)
- Clean accessible AC filters
- Inspect accessible rangehood filters
Maintenance
- General small fixes and repairs
- Rehang wardrobe and cupboard doors
- Re-silicone small gaps (bathroom/kitchen touch-ups)
- Minor wall patching (small holes/scuffs)
- Picture Hanging
- Yard Care
- Light weeding
- Mow and Edge (small to medium yards)
- Pressure wash slippery surfaces
- Gutter inspection (single storey only)

- Supply of basic parts (globes, batteries, screws, silicone): charged at cost + small handling fee, agreed before purchase
